It is Chinese New Year again. This is the year of the horse.  The Chinese in Malaysia celebrate it with lots of noise.   Firecrackers and fireworks are lit to usher in the new year.  Some children like the fireworks but I like getting the angpows from my relatives and my parents’ friends most.

I visited many Chinese homes last weekend.  There were lots of goodies to eat and I could also choose any kind of soft drinks I liked.  I think I have put on some weight but that is okay.

About Katherine

Just a female who has time to do a bit of pondering and musing. Otherwise, I am on an interesting journey down the path to being a senior citizen.
