One evening, my father brought me to a magic show.  When the magician came on stage, everyone cheered.  He was dressed smartly in black and wore a black top hat.

The magician took off his hat and said loudly, “Abracadabra!”  To everyone’s amazement, he pulled a rabbit out of his hat.  Everybody applauded loudly.  The magician took his shiny wand and waved it in the air.  A lot of beautiful flowers appeared out of thin air.  The audience was greatly astonished.

When the fascinating show ended, we went home.  I could hardly wait to see another magic show.  Perhaps I should be a magician when I grow up!

About Katherine

Just a female who has time to do a bit of pondering and musing. Otherwise, I am on an interesting journey down the path to being a senior citizen.
