We must eat lots of nutritious food to be healthy.  Young children must drink milk twice daily.  Milk helps us to have strong bones and to grow tall.

We should eat lots of fruits and vegetables as they give us Vitamin C.  We must also eat meat for our body to grow new cells.  Bread, rice and noodles give us energy.  So eat plenty of these carbohydrate-rich foods to run, play and of course, study!

About Katherine

Just a female who has time to do a bit of pondering and musing. Otherwise, I am on an interesting journey down the path to being a senior citizen.
