There is Mr. Farazi working in his big field in the kampong. He is a hard-working farmer and he grows tomatoes. He wakes up early in the mornings and starts work in his field before the sun is up.
Mr. Farazi has to dig the ground to soften the soil before planting. He sows the tomato seeds and he waters them every day. Toiling under the hot sun makes him perspire a lot so, his clothes are always drenched in sweat.
A month later, the tomato plants begin to bear fruit. The fruits grow bigger and bigger. Then they start to turn yellow. Mr. Farazi hovers over his tomato plants to make sure the insects do not eat them. The tomatoes turn orange and finally red. They look so beautiful and inviting that the farmer plucks a tomato and bites into it. It is very juicy and it tastes very sweet. Mr. Farazi is a happy man.
He harvests his tomatoes and brings them to sell in the market. All the tomatoes are sold after two hours. Mr. Farazi is all smiles. He is planning to grow strawberries next.
